SARS-CoV-2 Testing and Covid-19 Tracking App

One crucial aspect of Covid-19 management is extensive testing.
My PhD student Emma Zohner developed this web-based application to plot data from the website https://covidtracking.com -- including USA and state-specific SARS-CoV-2 testing, Covid-19 incidence, hospitalizations and deaths, modeled over time cumulatively or daily, either with raw or per capita counts, on raw or logarithmic scales, plus with other rate including number of positive tests, hospitalizations and deaths per test taken.
This will be updated soon to include some international data to enable comparisons across countries.
