Nice paper in Science reporting estimates of proportion of infected, hospitalized, ICU, and death rate in France, split out by age and sex.
Overall, we see an incidence rate of about 5% in the population, and about 3.6% of cases are hospitalized, 19% of hospitalized go to ICU and 18.1% of hospitalized die. The overall case death rate (Infection fatality ratio) was 0.7%, with major differences across age and sex.
